The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has been forced to address delays in generating KCSE Results being experienced by candidates, parents, and guardians who are using their portal.
According to KNEC, the delay is being caused by the huge traffic being directed to the KNEC website.
They added that at least 300, 000 people are trying to access the portal in a minute hence the delay.
KNEC further advised those sending requests to their portal for KCSE 2024 Results to be patient.
“The portal for checking the 2024 KCSE examination results is fully functional and candidates are receiving their results.
“The minor delays in receiving feedback are due to the high number of requests being sent to the portal, of up to 300,000 hits per second. We urge Kenyans to be patient and assure them that everyone will be able to access their results,” the Statement from KNEC said.
