Kenyan comedian and media personality Mulamwah has launched a scathing response at his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Ruth K, following her emotional online outburst accusing him of crossing personal boundaries and disrespecting her.
Ruth K recently took to social media to express her disappointment after Mulamwah reposted photos of their son without her consent. The images had been part of a significant announcement from Ruth, where she revealed her son’s new name — Calvin Carey, renamed from Keilah Oyando.
The post, which many interpreted as a subtle clapback, sparked a fresh wave of online drama between the two former lovers, just three months after their highly publicized breakup.
In an emotionally charged post, Ruth lamented the lack of respect she has faced from Mulamwah both privately and publicly.
“It’s been barely 3 months since the breakup, and I’ve faced disrespect in ways you wouldn’t even imagine. I’m trying to heal, to gather myself emotionally, but it’s draining,” she shared.
“You send 5,000 and reverse it, then have the nerve to screenshot a photo I put so much effort into? The audacity is loud. Enough is enough. I take my respect back. One day I will tell my story.”

But Mulamwah was not taking the accusations lying down.
In a fiery response shared on his socials, the comedian went all in, claiming Ruth singlehandedly destroyed their relationship by listening to jealous friends and surrounding herself with toxic energy.
“Was a nice ride – Young lady, don’t cry wolf. You broke your own home with your two hands,” Mulamwah began.
“I warned you of the so-called friends… ona sasa. You never listened. You kept following their advice hadi wakakuhamisha from home to Ruaka. Na ni juu ya wivu tu ya your home, family & achievements.”
He went on to accuse Ruth of disrespecting not just him, but also his parents, despite him helping her build a presence online and even securing endorsement deals.

“Nikakupea tudeals kiasi na kajina hapa online, pesa ikaingia ukajaza kiburi… unadisrespect hadi wazazi. Unaishi na mimi hapa kwa hao yet unanunua vitu za nyumba yako. Siku ikafika ukanitafutia makosa ukatoka na kuhama.”
Mulamwah didn’t stop there. He exposed an alleged incident where Ruth added 84 women — including clients — to a WhatsApp group claiming “Devvy is positive,” an accusation that, according to Mulamwah, cost him sponsorship for his comedy show.
“How do you add 84 ladies to a WhatsApp group then tell them Devvy is positive? Uliweka hadi clients kwa group, wakatoa sponsorship ya my stand-up show. Kwani nadate kila dem tunaongea na yeye?”
In a rare admission, Mulamwah also apologized to his first baby mama, Carrol Sonnie, suggesting that she was a casualty of his relationship with Ruth K.
“I had a beautiful marriage until you came. Kumbe ulikua unakuja kunimaliza. Pole sana Carrol. Though it’s water under the bridge now.”

He concluded his rant with a jab at Ruth K’s public cries and promised to go gloves off moving forward.
“Sometimes silence is taken for granted… For me, I stand for facts and I fear no one. Zero f*cs given. Halafu urudishe meno yangu!”
The online back-and-forth has stirred social media users who are now divided — some siding with Ruth for speaking out, others applauding Mulamwah for “telling his truth.”
While Ruth hinted at finally telling her full side of the story someday, for now, the internet continues to watch as the drama between the once-loved celebrity couple unfolds publicly — tooth, nail, and apparently, dentures.
